Who we are
This website, sigmafold.com, is run by SIGMAFOLD (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, a One Person Company incorporated in India (CIN U62012KL2026OPC106179), with its registered office at Twins Villa, Kandoth P.O., Payyanur, Taliparamba, Kannur – 670307, Kerala, India. In this policy, "SigmaFold", "we" and "us" mean that company.
For personal data collected through this website, SigmaFold is the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act").
What we collect
- What you send through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), the topic you choose and your message.
- What you send us by email: your email address, name (if you include it) and your message.
We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website. The fonts and all other files are served from our own domain, so simply visiting the site doesn't send your data to third parties such as Google.
The site follows your device's light or dark setting. If you switch to the other theme instead, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage, on your device, so the site remembers it. It's never sent to us or anyone else, and you can clear it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Why we use it
Only to read and reply to your message (by phone or WhatsApp too, if you gave us a number), and to keep a record of our conversation. We don't add you to a mailing list, we don't sell your personal data and we don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service. Web3Forms receives your message only when you press "Send message". Our email is hosted by our email provider. Both may store or process data outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Grievances
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, contact our grievance officer at hello@sigmafold.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
